This enacted ordinance authorized a Fiscal Year 2014 transfer of $6,085,076 within the Aviation Fund. The money was moved from the Department of Revenue’s Sinking Fund Commission debt-service appropriation, with $91,234 going to Police Department personal services and $5,993,842 going to the Director of Finance for employee benefits.
