This enacted ordinance authorizes the Commissioner of Public Property to lease a City-owned parcel on the south side of Baltimore Avenue between 39th and 41st Streets to the Philadelphia Authority for Industrial Development for further sublease. The sublease must include an Economic Opportunity Plan, and the net lease proceeds will go to the City's General Fund.
