The enacted ordinance changes the zoning designations for certain areas of land within the area bounded by 33rd Street, Cumberland Street, 22nd Street, Glenwood Avenue, Dauphin Street, Sedgley Avenue, 25th Street, Dauphin Street, 29th Street, and Diamond Street. The change took effect immediately and applies to the areas shown on the ordinance’s zoning maps.
