This enacted ordinance changes the zoning designations on the Philadelphia Zoning Maps for certain areas within the boundaries of 33rd Street, Diamond Street, 29th Street, Dauphin Street, 25th Street, Diamond Street, Glenwood Avenue, Oxford Street, and a railroad right-of-way. The changes apply to land within that area and took effect immediately.

To amend the Philadelphia Zoning Maps by changing the zoning designations of certain areas of land located within an area bounded by 33rd Street, Diamond Street, 29th Street, Dauphin Street, 25th Street, Diamond Street, Glenwood Avenue, Oxford Street, and Railroad Right-of-Way.
