This enacted ordinance allows Ana Garcia to keep and maintain existing covered steel stairs serving the second and third floors of 1900 E. Somerset Street that extend into the public sidewalk area. The owner must obtain required permits, enter into an agreement with the City, carry insurance or provide equivalent coverage, pay related costs, and remove the stairs if the City requires them for a municipal project or gives the required notice.

Legalizing an existing external steel stairs to the second and third floors encroaching on the public right-of-way at 1900 E. Somerset Street, Philadelphia, PA, 19134 all under certain terms and conditions.
