READ AND PASSED

Authorizing the Commissioner of Public Property, on behalf of the City of Philadelphia, to accept one or more deeds to parcels of land, located at 1114-18 Locust Street, 1127-31 Waverly Street, 831-839 South Street; amending Chapter 15-200 of The Philadelphia Code, entitled "Fairmount Park," to include the gardens under the jurisdiction of the Department of Parks and Recreation; and authorizing the Commissioner of the Department of Parks and Recreation to enter into an agreement to lease out such property.
