This enacted ordinance authorizes Philadelphia’s Commissioner of Public Property to transfer all or part of a City-owned parcel bounded by Tulip Street, East Tucker Street, Memphis Street, and East Albert Street to the Philadelphia Authority for Industrial Development. The authority may then convey the property for development of single-family homes, subject to terms and conditions intended to protect the City’s interests.

Authorizing the Commissioner of Public Property to convey to the Philadelphia Authority for Industrial Development all or a part of a parcel of land bounded by Tulip Street, East Tucker Street, Memphis Street, and East Albert Street, for further conveyance, under certain terms and conditions.
