The enacted ordinance authorizes the Trustees of the University of Pennsylvania to build, own, and maintain a temporary pedestrian bridge over the public right-of-way near 3400 Civic Center Boulevard and 1 Convention Avenue. The bridge must meet specified height and clearance limits, receive required city permits and approvals, and be covered by an agreement addressing insurance, utility work, maintenance access, liability, and removal if the City requires it.
