The enacted bill establishes parking regulations on portions of Fairmount Avenue, Melon Street, and 4th Street. It sets weekday restrictions on Fairmount Avenue from 8:00 a.m. to 8:00 p.m., two-hour parking on Melon Street from 8:00 a.m. to 6:30 p.m. every day, and two-hour parking on 4th Street from 8:00 a.m. to 10:00 p.m. every day, with exceptions for specified residential parking permit areas.
