The enacted ordinance changes the Philadelphia Zoning Maps for certain areas within the area bounded by the listed streets, replacing the existing zoning designations shown on Maps A1–A16 with the designations shown on Maps B1–B16. It affects the zoning of land within that area and became effective immediately.

To amend the Philadelphia Zoning Maps by changing the zoning designations of certain areas of land located within an area bounded by Front Street, Oxford Street, Frankford Avenue, Norris Street, Aramingo Avenue, Fletcher Street, Moyer Street, Berks Street, Girard Avenue, Columbia Avenue, Beach Street, Delaware Avenue, Frankford Avenue, and Girard Avenue.
