The enacted measure amends Philadelphia’s sidewalk-sales rules to prohibit vendors and other people from displaying or selling goods on sidewalks in the Sixth Councilmanic District. It allows owners or tenants of nearby buildings to sell fresh fruit, vegetables, or flowers for a related business if displays stay within three feet of the building and leave at least six feet of clear walking space; this exception does not require the sidewalk-sales license covered by the amended section.

Amending Section 9-205 of The Philadelphia Code, entitled "Sidewalk Sales," to further regulate sidewalk sales and related conduct in the Sixth Councilmanic District, under certain terms and conditions.
