This enacted ordinance authorizes Guy Gindhart, on behalf of 1700 Chestnut Street LLC, to construct, own, and maintain an exterior stair structure extending into the public footway near 1700-14 Chestnut Street. The owner must obtain required permits, follow City requirements, cover related costs and liabilities, and remove the structure if the City gives notice for a municipal construction project or otherwise requires its removal.
