READ AND PASSED

To amend the Philadelphia Zoning Maps by changing the zoning designations of certain areas of land located within an area bounded by Eleventh Street, Susquehanna Street, Tenth Street, and Diamond Street. Further to approve the Master Plan for Temple University by adding the site bounded by Eleventh Street, Susquehanna Avenue, Tenth Street, and Diamond Street; and the site bounded by Broad Street, Master Street, Thirteenth Street, Girard Avenue, Watts Street, and Thompson Street; to their Institutional (Special Purpose) District and approving various construction projects.
