This enacted ordinance amends Philadelphia’s Land Bank rules to allow the City to transfer property to the Philadelphia Redevelopment Authority for later transfer to the Philadelphia Land Bank. Each transfer from the Redevelopment Authority to the Land Bank must be approved by City Council resolution, and the property transfers would be without payment or additional City-imposed restrictions except those specified in the ordinance.

Amending Chapter 16-700 of The Philadelphia Code, entitled "Philadelphia Land Bank," to allow the City to transfer property to the Philadelphia Redevelopment Authority for subsequent transfer to the Land Bank; all under certain terms and conditions.
