The enacted ordinance changes Philadelphia’s zoning rules for accessory signs in the CMX-2.5 commercial mixed-use area bounded by Juniper Street, East Passyunk Avenue, and Mifflin Street. It allows one internally lit sign to extend up to 9 feet above a building’s roofline if the property has at least two street frontages and the sign was installed before March 5, 2015; any later alteration or relocation must follow the standard sign rules.

Amending Title 14 of The Philadelphia Code, entitled "Zoning and Planning," by revising requirements for accessory signs, located within the area bounded by Juniper Street, East Passyunk Avenue and Mifflin Street, under certain terms and conditions.
