The enacted measure amends Philadelphia’s rules for the South 9th Street Curb Markets. It allows the city to issue one license covering multiple vending spaces to an eligible business association, which allocates spaces with preference for longtime licensed vendors; certain longtime individual license holders may also hold licenses for more than two stands.

Amending Section 9-201 of The Philadelphia Code, entitled "Curb Markets," by adding and clarifying the special provisions for the South 9th Street Curb Markets.
