This enacted bill changes the boundaries of Philadelphia’s Center City valet parking zone. The zone is bounded by Spring Garden Street, Bainbridge Street, the Schuylkill River, and Christopher Columbus Boulevard, with both sides of Christopher Columbus Boulevard excluded; it also sets annual permit fees based on the amount and length of curb space used.

Amending Section 12-917 of The Philadelphia Code, entitled "Valet Parking Zones," by revising the boundaries of the Center City valet parking zone, all under certain terms and conditions.
