This enacted ordinance amended Philadelphia’s red-light enforcement rules to authorize an approved automated red-light enforcement system at the intersection of 2nd Street and Erie Avenue. The system may be used there under the chapter’s existing terms and conditions, including approval by the Pennsylvania Department of Transportation and designation through the required agreement.

Amending Chapter 12-3000 of The Philadelphia Code, entitled "Use Of An Automated Red Light Enforcement System To Prevent Red Light Violations," by authorizing the installation of red light enforcement systems at the intersection of 2nd Street and Erie Avenue, all under certain terms and conditions.
