This enacted ordinance amends Philadelphia’s rules for sidewalk vendors in Center City by eliminating previously designated vendor locations, including one listed location on the east side of Second Street between Church and Market Streets. It leaves in place the rule that no more than 300 vendor locations may be designated in Center City.

Amending Section 9-204 of The Philadelphia Code, entitled "Sidewalk Vendors in Center City," by eliminating previously designated vendor locations in Center City; all under certain terms and conditions.
