This enacted ordinance amends the University of Pennsylvania’s Institutional Development District Master Plan to allow the complete renovation of the Mellon Building at 3457-59 Walnut Street. It also allows two additions that would increase the building’s gross floor area by about 51,442 square feet for use as a single academic center.
