This enacted ordinance changes the zoning designations for certain areas of land within the area bounded by Terrace Street, Shurs Lane, Cresson Street, Rector Street, Silverwood Street, and Grape Street. The new designations are those shown on the ordinance’s zoning Maps B1 and B2, and the change took effect immediately.

To amend the Philadelphia Zoning Maps by changing the zoning designations of certain areas of land located within an area bounded by Terrace Street, Shurs Lane, Cresson Street, Rector Street, Silverwood Street, and Grape Street.
