This enacted ordinance authorizes Alvin Shipon to install, own, and maintain an open-air sidewalk café at 342-344 Queen Street. The café may have seven tables for up to 24 occupants and must meet city requirements, obtain permits and approvals, maintain insurance, and be removed or relocated in certain circumstances, including for public projects or violations.
