This enacted bill establishes two-hour parking limits on portions of Bainbridge Street, 18th Street, Carlisle Street, and Carpenter Street. The limits apply during specified hours from Monday through Saturday, or Monday through Friday on Carlisle Street, with the listed exceptions for permit areas or other parking restrictions.
