This enacted bill amended Philadelphia’s red-light enforcement law to authorize an approved automated red-light enforcement system at the intersection of Belmont Avenue and Parkside Avenue. The ordinance took effect immediately and applies to red-light enforcement at that intersection under the law’s stated terms.

Amending Chapter 12-3000 of The Philadelphia Code, entitled "Use Of An Automated Red Light Enforcement System To Prevent Red Light Violations," by authorizing the installation of red light enforcement systems at the intersection of Belmont and Parkside Avenues, all under certain terms and conditions.
