This enacted ordinance changes the Philadelphia zoning designations for certain parcels within the area bounded by Tulip Street, Tucker Street, Memphis Street, and Albert Street. The new designations are those shown on the ordinance’s Map B, and the change took effect immediately.

To amend the Philadelphia Zoning Maps by changing the zoning designations of certain areas of land located within an area bounded by Tulip Street, Tucker Street, Memphis Street, and Albert Street.
