The enacted ordinance changes designated sidewalk-vending locations in Center City. It removes a previously designated location, adds a new location on the east side of 16th Street between Chestnut and Sansom Streets, and adds locations that cannot be designated for vending under the stated terms. The changes affect sidewalk vendors and vending activity in Center City.

Amending Section 9-204 of The Philadelphia Code, entitled "Sidewalk Vendors in Center City," by eliminating a previously designated vendor location, adding a new vendor location, and adding to the list of locations that shall not be designated for vending, all under certain terms and conditions.
