The enacted bill authorizes Philadelphia’s Commissioner of Public Property to transfer all or part of a City-owned parcel bounded by West Venango Street, Germantown Avenue, West Tioga Street, and North Watts Street to the Philadelphia Authority for Industrial Development. The authority may then convey the property to another party, subject to terms and conditions set to protect the City’s interests.
