The enacted ordinance authorizes the City’s Public Property Commissioner to sublease up to 85,000 square feet at 2800 S. 20th Street from the Philadelphia Authority for Industrial Development. The space is intended for the City’s Unified Call Center, including the 911 and 311 call centers, police and fire dispatch, the Office of Emergency Management, and the Emergency Operations Center, under a lease of up to 10 years with possible renewals and a purchase option.
Authorizing the Commissioner of Public Property, on behalf of the City, to enter into a sublease agreement with the Philadelphia Authority for Industrial Development for use by the City of premises located at 2800 S. 20th Street, all under certain terms and conditions.
