This enacted ordinance authorizes the City's Commissioner of Public Property to convey all or part of the City-owned property at 2459–77 Kensington Avenue, including any buildings or other improvements, to the Philadelphia Authority for Industrial Development for further conveyance. The transfer must include a commitment to an Economic Opportunity Plan, and any net sale proceeds must go to the City's General Fund.
