This enacted ordinance adds the north-side sidewalk of Mt. Vernon Street, from 13th Street to Broad Street, to the locations where farmers’ markets are permitted. It took effect immediately and affects farmers’ market activity at that location.

Amending Section 9-213 of The Philadelphia Code, entitled "Farmers' Markets," by adding to the permissible locations; all under certain terms and conditions.
