The enacted ordinance approves up to $123.111 million for Philadelphia Gas Works’ Fiscal Year 2016 capital projects, with spending authorized from September 1, 2015, through August 31, 2016. It also acknowledges PGW’s forecast for capital budgets from 2017 through 2021 and sets conditions on spending, reporting, transfers, and funding for projects including cast-iron main replacement.

Approving the Fiscal Year 2016 Capital Budget providing for expenditures for the capital purposes of the Philadelphia Gas Works (including the supplying of funds in connection therewith) subject to certain constraints and conditions, and acknowledging receipt of the Forecast of Capital Budgets for Fiscal Years 2017 through 2021.
