This enacted bill authorizes the Parks and Recreation Commissioner to enter into a renewed license agreement with the Zoological Society of Philadelphia. The agreement allows the Zoo to continue using certain City-owned land and improvements, including the 38th Street Parking Lot, Sedgley Parking Area, and Zoological Drive, as surface parking areas under specified terms and conditions.
