This enacted bill amended Philadelphia’s rules for farmers’ markets to allow one at the sidewalk and curb lane on the north side of West Tabor Road, from North Park Avenue to North 13th Street. The location is subject to the terms and conditions in the city code.
Amending Section 9-213 of The Philadelphia Code, entitled "Farmers' Markets," by adding as a permissible location the north side of West Tabor Road from North Park Avenue to North 13th Street, all under certain terms and conditions.
