Authorizing the Commissioner of Public Property, on behalf of the City of Philadelphia, to convey to the Philadelphia Authority for Industrial Development, all or part of a parcel of land bounded by West Westmoreland Street, North Hope Street, West Ontario Street, and North Front Street, for further conveyance, under certain terms and conditions.
