This enacted ordinance changes the zoning designations for certain land in the area bounded by Hagys Mill Road, Port Royal Avenue, Lare Street, Summit Avenue, Eva Street, Shawmont Avenue, Umbria Street, the railroad right of way, and the County Line. The change does not override Philadelphia’s Environmental Preservation Overlay District rules, and the ordinance took effect immediately.

To amend the Philadelphia Zoning Maps by changing the zoning designations of certain areas of land located within an area bounded by Hagys Mill Road, Port Royal Avenue, Lare Street, Summit Avenue, Eva Street, Shawmont Avenue, Umbria Street, Railroad Right of Way, and the County Line.
