The enacted ordinance amends Philadelphia’s zoning maps for certain land in the area bounded by Priscilla Street, West Coulter Street, Midvale Avenue, Wissahickon Avenue, and West Queen Lane to Priscilla Street. It changes the properties’ existing zoning designations to the designations shown on the ordinance’s Map B and took effect immediately.

To amend the Philadelphia Zoning Maps by changing the zoning designations of certain areas of land located within an area bounded by Priscilla Street, West Coulter Street, Midvale Avenue, Wissahickon Avenue, and West Queen Lane to Priscilla Street.
