The enacted ordinance changes Philadelphia’s zoning rules for off-street loading curb cuts. It creates exceptions to curb-cut width limits, including for certain CMX-4 mixed-use developments on Fairmount Avenue and for loading access on streets narrower than 40 feet, while retaining requirements for driveways crossing sidewalks.

Amending Title 14 of The Philadelphia Code, entitled "Zoning and Planning," by amending Chapter 14-800, entitled "Parking and Loading," by amending Section 14-806, entitled "Off-Street Loading," by providing certain exceptions to the maximum curb cut width.
