This enacted ordinance authorizes Drexel University to construct, own, and maintain steps and three planters that would extend into the public footway near 3175 JFK Boulevard and North 32nd Street. Drexel must obtain required permits and approvals, meet insurance and other conditions, and remove the encroachments if required for a City construction project or with proper notice.
