The enacted bill amended Philadelphia’s zoning rules to require applicants to give written notice to the Director of Commerce for certain permit, approval, or variance applications involving property in an Industrial or Industrial Mixed-Use District. Applicants must provide this notice within 10 days after receiving notice from the Philadelphia City Planning Commission.
Amending Title 14 of The Philadelphia Code, entitled "Zoning and Planning," to provide for notice to be given to the Director of Commerce in connection with certain zoning and planning applications for permits, approvals and variances, under certain terms and conditions.
