This enacted ordinance authorizes the Department of Public Property to acquire easements for the City in the area bounded by Market Street, 11th Street, Chestnut Street, and 12th Street. The easements would provide a pedestrian and vehicle connection between 11th and 12th Streets and a pedestrian connection from Market Street to that route, subject to specified terms and conditions.
