This enacted ordinance amends Philadelphia’s rules for farmers’ markets by clarifying the definitions of a farmers’ market, vendor, and sponsor. It also limits who may sell or conduct business at a farmers’ market and allows sponsors to sell other goods or services only within 10% of the market’s exhibit space.
