The enacted ordinance revises the City Plan for Washington Avenue between Front Street and Alter Street by vacating the avenue’s southernmost two feet and moving the southern curbline two feet north. The property owner or other party requesting the change must meet specified conditions, including agreements protecting the City from damage claims, payment for the vacated street area and hearing costs, and payment of $200 toward ordinance costs.

Authorizing the revision of lines and grades on a portion of City Plan No. 238 by striking from the City Plan and vacating the southerly two feet wide portion of Washington Avenue from Front Street to Alter Street and relocating the southerly curbline of Washington Avenue, from Front Street to Alter Street, two feet northwardly, under certain terms and conditions.
