This enacted bill authorizes the Philadelphia Parking Authority to install and maintain cast-concrete benches on the east and west sidewalks of Eighth Street between Arch and Filbert Streets, with up to 26 benches on the east side and 14 on the west side. The benches must leave a six-foot-wide pedestrian path and meet city permit, insurance, maintenance, and removal requirements.

Authorizing the Philadelphia Parking Authority to construct, own and maintain various right-of-way encroachments within the public right-of-way on Arch Street, Filbert Street, and Eighth Street, Philadelphia, PA, under certain terms and conditions.
