This enacted bill authorizes Samuel JR Sherman of the Passyunk Avenue Revitalization Corporation to construct, own, and maintain 16 planter encroachments in the public right-of-way along Broad Street, McKean Street, 15th Street, Snyder Avenue, and Passyunk Avenue. The authorization requires permits, approvals, an agreement with the City, insurance or self-insurance, and compliance with City rules; the planters must be removed if required for City construction or after proper notice.
