The enacted ordinance authorizes the City to revise the official City Plan and vacate a triangular portion of Lancaster Avenue on the north side of Market Street and east side of Thirty-Second Street. Property owners or other interested parties must meet conditions, including releasing and indemnifying the City, paying certain costs, and covering any required changes to streets, utilities, and other public facilities.
Authorizing the revision of lines and grades on a portion of City Plan No. 44 by striking from the City Plan and vacating a certain triangularly-shaped portion of Lancaster Avenue located at the northerly side of Market Street and the easterly side of Thirty-Second Street, under certain terms and conditions.
