This enacted ordinance legalizes an existing stair enclosure at 5070 Whitaker Avenue for property owner Hugo Campoverdes as a permitted encroachment in the public right-of-way. The owner must obtain required permits, enter into an agreement with the City, maintain insurance and other protections, and remove the enclosure at the owner’s expense if the City gives notice for a municipal project or otherwise requires its removal.
