This enacted bill amends Philadelphia’s six-year Capital Program for fiscal years 2016 through 2021. It adds and revises certain projects, funding amounts, and funding sources, increasing the program’s estimated total from $8.964847 billion to $8.989847 billion.

Amending Bill No. 150162-A (approved June 18, 2015), entitled "An Ordinance to adopt a Capital Program for the six Fiscal Years 2016-2021 inclusive," by adding and revising certain projects, amounts and sources, under certain terms and conditions.
