This enacted ordinance authorizes the City to remove from City Plan No. 13-S and abandon a right-of-way reserved for a gas main between Fourth and Fifth Streets, north of Dickinson Street. The affected property owner or other party in interest must meet conditions including releasing and indemnifying the City, covering required adjustments to water and other utility facilities, providing financial security for certain work, and paying $200 toward the City’s costs.

Authorizing the striking from City Plan No. 13-S and abandoning of a certain right-of-way reserved for gas main purposes which extends from Fourth Street to Fifth Street, north of Dickinson Street, under certain terms and conditions.
