The enacted ordinance changes Philadelphia’s zoning permit notice rules. Permit holders must post zoning permits on the property for at least 30 days, while the Department of Licenses and Inspections must post information about as-of-right permits online and email notices to registered community organizations and City Council members by the next business day.

Amending Chapter 14-300 of The Philadelphia Code, entitled "Administration and Procedures," to provide for permit holders to give community members notice in connection with As of Right Permits, under certain terms and conditions.
