This enacted ordinance authorizes Stacy Reed, who operates a newsstand at the southwest corner of Broad and Vine Streets, to install, use, and maintain underground conduits across the street corner to provide electrical and telephone service. The work requires city permits and an agreement with the City, along with insurance and other conditions; the conduits may have to be removed if the Streets Department gives lawful written notice.

Authorizing Stacy Reed, owner and operator of the newsstand located on the southwest corner of Broad and Vine street, to construct, use and maintain conduits in, under and across the southwest corner of Broad and Vine street for the purpose of supplying electrical service and telephone service to the newsstand, under certain terms and conditions.
